Coupon vouchers / Promotional Codes
Promotional codes are coupons that we spend as part of advertising campaigns with a certain validity period. You cannot purchase Promotional codes. Promotional codes can be redeemed in the context of an order process only once. The value of goods shall be at least the amount of the promotional code match. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Shipping and delivery take place within 1 to 14 working days, depending on the customer’s location and according to the shipping company chosen by the customer, with the exception of official holidays and weekends.
Your order will be delivered according to the information provided by the customer in the delivery address field. The address information must be complete and correct and it is the customer"s responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address. Order delivery does not require your signature.
If the courier arrives at the specified address and was unable to deliver the order due to the lack of recipients, please contact customer service to set another date for delivery of the order and the customer will bear the delivery cost for the second time. The company is not responsible for any order that has not been delivered within thirty days from the date of the order.
